Buddha's Light Lotus Mornings is a casual online meditation and Dharma study club presented by BLIA English Subchapter and supported by Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto.
For the Winter/Spring 2022 session, we will be listening to a different Dharma story each week, followed by a guided meditation and discussion. All are welcome and no knowledge of Buddhism is necessary.

In this Winter/Spring Session:
A) Feb 26 ~ March 26
In the first section, we will discuss some of the most common ways the Five Hindrances manifest in our daily lives. And, through mindfulness and compassion, letus transform these hindrances into a clear vision.
B) April 16-May 14
One sees sea wavesraging during a typhoon, but in the Buddha’s eyes, the sea is always peacefuland calm. In the second section, we will base on the Seven Factors ofEnlightenment to learn more about the wisdom that leads to discovering thepeaceful heart.
