Join in on this friendly yoga journey to increase strength, improve flexibility and reduce stress. Connect your mind and body to support a healthy life. All levels welcome.

  • Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Date: March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10, 17, 24 (8 classes)
  • Fee: $50 (BLIA members $40)
