This study group combines lectures, meditation, group discussion and reading to help you integrate Buddhist teaching and practice into your life. This will help you to handle stress, improve relationships and overcome difficulties and frustration day to day life often brings.
The course consists of two parts: a pre-recorded lecture which you can review in advance; and live small group study and discussion groups conducted online. The course is offered at no cost to students, although donations are welcome.
